1. Will it actually wake me up if I can't hear my alarm?
Yes - that's the whole reason it exists. The vibration isn't a polite phone buzz. It's a firm, escalating pulse against your wrist, and your skin doesn't sleep through it the way your ears do. 2. My partner sleeps two hours later than me. Will it wake them too?
No. That's the point. The band wakes exactly one person - the one wearing it. Your 4:40am shift stops being your partner's problem. A lot of our customers buy the second band within a month, because the person sleeping next to them wants their own quiet mornings back.
3. Does it wake me gently or violently?
Most people wake in the first fifteen seconds. Nobody's ever described it as being startled.
4. Is it comfortable enough to sleep in?
It weighs 50 grams - roughly a slim watch. The strap is soft silicone with many adjustment holes, so it sits snug without pinching. Wear it slightly looser than a watch and you'll forget it's on by night three. That's the usual timeline people report.
5. How long does the battery last?

6. What if it dies overnight?
It won't get the chance. [BRAND] warns you well before it runs low, and it holds a full charge in [X hours]. But if you're the belt-and-braces type: keep the cable on your nightstand. A couple minutes of charging buys you a night.
7. Do I need my phone for it to work?
No you don't, you just set the alarm through the side button of the band
8. Can I set more than one alarm?
Yes - you can set up to 2 alarms.
9. Is it waterproof?
IP65 - Safe to use: Outdoors in heavy rain, near sprinklers, in dusty work areas, or places that get washed down with a hose.
Not safe to use: Swimming pools, being dropped in a puddle, or heavy pressure washer cleaning (which needs IP66 or higher)
10. Will it fit my wrist?
It fits [12–19 cm]. That covers most adult wrists and most teenagers'. If it doesn't fit yours, that's a free return - see below.
11. How long does shipping take?
Approximately 5–10 business days to the US, with tracking sent the moment your order ships. If your tracking hasn't moved in 3 days, email us - we'll chase it before you have to ask twice.
12. What if I don't get on with it?
Sleep on it for 30 nights. If you're not waking up better, email us and we'll refund you - no return shipping, no restocking fee, no form where you have to justify yourself. We'd rather lose the sale than have a band sitting unused in your drawer.
